All the offices are integrated in network by flexible wiring which includes 4 to 8 connections per working station.
The Alliance Centre is equipped with a powerful telephone exchange which provides plenty of practical functionalities among which all desired call forwarding.
Fast Internet access is available with backup ensured in case of breakdown.
The Alliance Centre also puts at your disposal an optional computer environment which allows you to use secured disk space on our server to:
- share your data in network if required
- assure the backup of your files
- remotely access your data through secured VPN
- communicate on the intranet of the Centre
- benefit from our UPS in case of power breaks
- print your texts / presentations on a colour printer through the network
The Alliance Centre can also organise your web hosting on secured external equipment.
This recently upgraded IT infrastructure allows the use of Voice over IP tools like SKYPE or VOIPBUSTER for example, which allow substantial savings in your communication expense.
